There was no bottled water in the room and no glasses for tap water either. Think sink drain smelt bad. 5.43 am the fire alarm went off so felt terribly unrested. Other than that room was tidy and bed was comfortable.

I have stayed at this hotel brand in several different cities, and overall it has consistently been a very pleasant experience. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. During this particular stay, however, there was one significant inconvenience. The fire alarm went off, and shortly after that the water was shut down for the entire morning. Unfortunately, this meant that the late checkout I had paid for, specifically to rest and shower comfortably before leaving, became essentially unusable.

Great little hotel. Modern and easy walking distance to Borough Market. Shops nearby. Room was small, but that’s just London for yah- it had everything that we needed. Cool tech in the room with great blackout curtains that were perfect for tackling jet lag!

Easy check-in and check-out. Great breakfast and service. Fun to be able to choose the room yourself. A bit disappointing that one of the elevators was out of order — lots of waiting for the lift. But overall, a good experience.

Great location, Easy to get around London from the hotel. Friendly and fun decor. Super clean everywhere. Bed was so comfortable. Nice having auto shades and blinds.

We walked to the subway every day. There are a lot of restaurants along the way. Rental bikes are also available just outside the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is very nice, with an above average selection of items. The staff was very helpful dealing with our delayed luggage, and providing directions and recommendations.

Citizen M bankside.

A great hotel in London. Rooms are ideal for a short stay, most things are controlled with an I-pad. All en-suite, toiletries provided. Staff are friendly and welcoming, breakfast is an extra, but plenty of areas around to enjoy breakfast.
