"It was one of many visits to the Strand and Covent Garden, and the hotel always is a great consistent standard. The staff are always helpful, the room excellent and the breakfast great. It was busy but there are other times people can go to breakfast than between 9am and 9:30am. "

"Very nice room and comfortable bed. Price covers the basics only, with rooms serviced only every other day. Staff very helpful but not many of them - the lady doing breakfasts was particularly busy and efficient single-handedly doing everything from greeting to maintaining supplies to clearing and cleaning! "Not many shops nearby, but close to the station and a variety of restaurants. Plenty of breakfast options, although the hot food was rather lukewarm. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. "

"Hotel was clean, staff was great, great mix of eateries nearby. My suggestions would be to have more vending machine varieties and small wash cloths in the room. We didn’t realize London hotels don’t do wash cloths, otherwise we would have brought our own. Maybe need to add that to your webpage."
