"The staff was so very nice and helpful. We did not use the pool. The room was clean and the view was great. Can't hear the noise outside (we were right over the pool) but you could hear the neighbors opening and close sliding door that would get stuck. The shower in our unit had pretty much no pressure but good hot water. "

"Great view, nice room...not much water pressure in bathroom sink, but the shower and everywhere else was great. Staff was cool - the breakfast was just awesome to have as an option. All in all - we had a really nice few days stay. Thanks!"

"The staff was pleasant, but unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. The bathtub had hair left from a previous guest, and the towels did not appear fresh. I hope management can address housekeeping to improve future guests’ experiences."

"The property itself was nice. Clean room and great amenities. We had a problem with the room next door. The couple were screaming and threatening violence to each other into the early morning hours of our first night. I called the front desk 4 times to send security up there. They only came once. When I called the last time to tell them it was happening again, the front desk person told me to call 911. When I spoke to management the next morning they advised there was nothing they could do if they didn’t hear it happening. The next night started the same way, with them screaming at each other around 10pm. I called the front desk again. Then they had security call me and he was very rude. Not happy with how they handled the situation. "

"We had a much needed vacation and the Marriott did not disappoint. The couples massage was amazing. The hot tubs were perfect. The location to everything we wanted to do was great. The restaurants and drinks were great. Staff was very accomodating. Would definitely stay again!"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"Property was clean but it was older and the pictures hadn’t been updated in a while or at least looked different than the room I experienced. Several lights out in the bathroom and a leaking shower head. Seemed like they needed to do some updating and make the pictures match the actual rooms"
