「Overpriced. No management on duty. Understaffed. No chair in room, no coffee in room and after asking for it twice had to go to the restaurant to get coffee to go. No remote in room. Windows filthy. Great concept and location but the most poorly run hotel I have ever experienced. Staff were helpful at front desk with what they had to work with. 「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. 「We loved our stay. The hotel was very conveniently located. Close to St. Louis Zoo. Breakfast was so good. They had chicken and waffles. Great variety. Staff was super nice. Needless to say we will stay here again next time we are in St. Louis.」
