"Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending on the room. Also the hotel is right off a highway. You do not hear any traffic at night or anything, but to leave the parking lot you have to merge onto a highway right away. The highway was always packed so depending where we were going sometimes it was hard to merge onto and then over two lanes. Other than these two things we really enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and the staff was lovely!"

"It wasn’t just no frills, it was bare bones. We’re talking window shades that don’t pull down so there’s no privacy and also no blocking the light out in the morning. There were no tables beside the bed. Nothing pretty in the room at all. And the noise at 6:00 am! Maybe our room was above the kitchen but the staff didn’t even try to be quiet. Loud voices, stuff banging around, etc. This place was like something out of a bad movie! Very disappointed ☹️"

"It’s a great family hotel to stay at if you have young kids. My daughter enjoyed the waterpark and arcade a lot!"

"Room was clean, staff was nice, pool absolutely disgusting. This hotel is a homeless shelter and should not be on here. The people in there walk around completely soaked in the hallways men sitting with legs open in pool area kids spitting all in the pool. My kids could not swim in that, they were so upset. But this is a yucky yucky homeless shelter I do not recommend. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. One of America’s Historial hotels. Room was in the small side but that goes with the history. We had dinner in the restaurant which was gorgeous and very reasonable and the breakfast (not included) was fab."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was cold, and while we were there a group of about 20 teens came in and took over the place. Very loud and inconsiderate, splashed us as we were leaving. Breakfast was fantastic, as was everything else. I"
