「We loved our stay at the Blue Water Resort and will definitely return someday hopefully. Coming the week after Labor Day was the right call and it was quiet on property and the surrounding areas. We were in room 411 which was awesome with a full kitchen and view right to the beach. The only issue we had was being able to hear the people in the room above us walking back-and-forth constantly. "I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
