「Great, new hotel great customer service lots of great amenities」

「There is not an ocean view. However, it was easily accessible to a lot of different shops and eateries.」

「Great location close to the beach, the breakfast was great. Service a little slow at breakfast, could use another omelet attendant and another waffle maker. The pool area was great. Both the pool and hot tub were colder than expected. Our room wasn’t serviced daily, not sure if we were supposed to ask for it but didn’t see that advertised.」

「Good option for staying a few days in PCB. Near everything. Room was very spacious and had everything needed for a longer stay( stove, fridge, cookware, dishwasher). Very good value for the price paid. Definitively satying again」

「Everything was nice and overall clean, however one of our balcony chairs were broken and there was a half gallon of milk left in the fridge left by most recent guest i assume. Staff was friendly and check in/ check out was a breeze.」

「The room wasn't that great,, it felt like there was sand everywhere on the floor, it didnt look like the had swept it or moped it in a lomg time The bottom of my grandson feet were black. Staff were so nice. We could never get the tv in the rrom where the beds were to work. They wi-fi was slow, buffered alot. .」

「When we arrived on Friday, check in was a little slow checking in. There were two women working. One seemed experienced and one seemed to be fairly new. The woman who seemed new was very patient and kind! I feel like the experienced worker seemed to have frustrations and impatience she was trying to mask. After getting to our room, we only had three towels when my information stayed 4 people were going to be in the room. I went downstairs just curious about a roll a way bed and more towels. The...
