「First, I would like to say the guy that checked us in on Thursday, July 23rd, was great. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were great. Next, the rooms weren't cleaned well at all. I found hair numerous times, food behind the bathroom door, prints on the window, and the sink stopper was filled with some unknown material. Also, our room would shake periodically from what we assume was coming from the roof. It felt like a small earthquake when it happened. It usually lasted for a couple...

「The room was not very clean especially the bathroom. There were a lot of stain on the floor. Also we found a roach on floor.」

「The rooms were just ok. Not as clean as they have been in the past. We had to move rooms due to loud dog barking. Then the second room smelled of dog. We were actually placed in room just below loud dog barking and thumping around. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I don't usually like Continental breakfast but I will say for a Continental breakfast it was better then other places.」

「We stayed at Osprey/Driftwood. We didn’t realize the driftwood side was not accessible and we were on the second floor. When we talked to staff, they were able to find us another room to meet our needs. The staff at check-in, housekeeping and bar were very friendly. We met the owners too. Great people. Many guests we met return every year, some 2 or 3 times. This place isn’t a 5 star resort, but the views are amazing, it’s on the beach, has 3 pools, one heated, one shallow (up to 3 feet) and...

Not far from the beach, there is food, a shipwreck island water park, and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make your stay great. Rooms are nice and clean. The only issue I had was that the other person who stayed there was very loud for the 3 days I was there, and the rest was hindered due to that.
