「I had made my reservation, when I got there they told me they had cancelled my reservation. It was one of the worst experiences. I had to sleep in my car for that night till next day I found a room in another hotel」

「My family and I were originally booked to stay for 2 nights, but before checkout decided to stay one more night here, because this was the most cost effective, when considering other hotels and their beach proximity to Pier Park, as we were budgeting for this last minute trip, and wanted to make the most of it, however. 「Well equipped hotel with nice staff and modern amenities. Could have used more places to hang wet clothes, and also the hotel phone didn’t work. Generally good stay」

「Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!」

「Do not book this hotel! My children and I were mortified from the check in to the check out. This property is only trying to make a quick buck. They post pictures that don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property. I rented in the overflow buildings. The room smelled heavily of urine and the bedsheets smelled so bad we were not able to sleep in them. The indoor pool is in terrible condition and they barely provide enough towels for 1 person. The pillows and mattresses look old and worn....

「Would’ve probably gave an 5 star …except we had to leave motel 9-3 well 5 for safety system check and wasn’t notified till 2 days before service n was told to plan around it …. Which was r last day there never been put out of an paid room before in many years of traveling from east to west north to south」
