「一樓的甜點都很好吃，24小時！ 早餐可以加錢吃個一次！ 房間的位置離電梯有點遠，對於住七晚的有點不方便。第一天到因為還在調整時差，等了快三小時才check in(原先是3點才開始） 已詢問過，可以提早，所以我們才在大廳等，但櫃檯人員還是讓我們等了快三小時。真的有點心累！ 離我地鐵不遠5分鐘 」

「Had a lovely weekend stay with my daughter. The staff were fantastic, and although we arrived a few hours early, our room was already ready. The room was chic, spotless, and comfortable. The location right on Hyde Park was perfect. A wonderful stay, we would definitely return.」

「Staffs were friendly and nice, the room was clean. But it has been using a central air conditioning, so we were unable to switch it to fan mode, which made the room way too dry in the evening. 「The room is small with a very high bed. I need to climb up with some effort. The shower curtain is also very short which cannot prevent water from going to the carpet outside. The price is also not friendly but it is really convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. 」

「The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations...

「The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. 」
