「I recently stayed at Windsor Hotel, which boasts a rich history of over 150 years, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival with two large pieces of luggage, we were greeted by a male staff member who promptly walked away to the restroom, showing no interest in assisting us. When we were checking out and walking to the door, the bellboy saw us but chose to walk away to assist other guests with their luggage for a ride in a Mercedes-Benz, leaving us to manage...

「Really nice hotel for a weekend stay in Melbourne. Used a roller bed for adult daughter that was quite hard and not very comfortable. Service very good and aria bar drinks were very generous. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「房間整體十分好極滿意。遇著復活節假期，酒店一餐廳裝修，不滿意是另一餐廳可以4天也不營業。一定要外出吃，想舒適吃一餐亦未能如願。理解是假期，但可以休業4天實奇怪。」
