Very comfortable standard suite with bath that my partner was very happy about. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They swapped out the non-functional coffee machine and reconnected the bedroom TV. Parking was convenient, dining area was expansive and comfortable. Didn’t get to use the spa/gym facilities.

6/10 一般般

It was a nice hotel overall, but there were a few things worth mentioning. It would have been appreciated if the staff had informed us that the sauna closes at 6 pm. There was also a party or wedding at the hotel, and the music was very disruptive until midnight, which affected our ability to sleep. Additionally, the wine that was listed as part of our room package was never provided. These may seem like small details, but they make a difference to the overall experience, especially at a five-star hotel, where you expect thoughtful touches and attention to detail, such as complimentary bottled water.

Very clean rooms and comfortable bed. The kitchenette in the connecting room was extremely small though, just enough space for one person at a time to be in the space. Nice and quiet location. Nice indoor pool and spa, definitely recommended!
