"Amazing service from the moment I checked in. There are 2 specific gentlemen that made this experience especially memorable. Nick, thank you for being so accommodating & kind. I wouldn’t stay elsewhere in Perth!!"
"A very nice central hotel, warm, clean and comfortable room, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and well priced, good small pool area but would be better if they could have it heated in the cooler months"
"It is a good hotels hotel - room service, gym, restaurants, 24 hours check in etc. Parking is pretty good in the area, lots of cheap street parking although no reliable hotel parking is a little annoying.
Only criticism is that the value vs quality of the food (especially room service) is pretty awful. I don't even pay for my own food when I travel and I'll still avoid it. Over priced and poorly prepared most of the time. "
"Great location in Scarborough.
Difficult to access with a car although parking is available for a fee.
Room was good although aircon difficult to use. Staff were very efficient in helping."
