"When we arrived at the hotel we asked for a bottle of water and they didn't gave any at the reception. We had to pay 80 pesos for a bottle of water at their restaurant. The hotel is at the south end of the island far away from the market and other amenities. They only have one restaurant. Very small beach front with sea weed all over. There is no fridge in the rooms and ice machine was out of service. For two days we asked for a coffee in our room and they ignored our request. I give them 1 star. "

"We stayed in a private room and was very clean, awesome A/C and staff was great! Only down side was that there was no fridge of any kind to put left overs in. Would stay here again! "

"Pros: The staff were very friendly. The rooms and grounds were clean. Cons: Food was average at best, but not much of a variety. We did not have reservations one night, so we decided to try to walk in one of the restaurants. We were told we would have an hour and half wait, but there was only 8 people in the restaurant. The pool bar closes at 5;30, and the pool closes at 8. I saw no activities the 5 days we were there. Overall the experience was decent, but not great. I definitely don’t feel it was worth the money we spent. "

"We happened to get the room listed in the picture. It was really great, and the view of the ocean (seaside) was great. Almost no one was there when we came (pre-Spring Break) so we would make an afternoon and evening dip into the pool on the roof as a daily routine. The hotel's location was more or less dead center of the island, a 15-minute walk to downtown and roughly 20-minutes to several restaurants on the uppermost part of the southend, but I would recommend a ride for anything further than Rosa Sirena or even Polo's. The staff were responsive, attentive and exceptionally kind and welcoming. "
