This is a basic hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the staff is nice. The pool is small with only four lounge chairs. You will need to walk to get to the beach - this hotel has a dock only.

We enjoyed a drink on the patio, staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a golf cart from the hotel. It’s a great way to see the island. Room was clean and property was beautiful.

Super comfortable bed, well appointed, clean room, spacious shower. the courtyard area is lovely and you can have a drink or a meal right on the water, and enjoy sunsets from the dock. Staff was excellent and so accommodating. This hotel is an easy 15-20 minute walk into town. We had a truly wonderful stay at Bahia Tolok.

It was an amazing 2 weeks. Shops restaurants everywhere. Playa centro and playa norte were great. A bit of sargasm at playa norte but it’s to be expected. It’s all over the carribean right now. The hotel was very very clean and the staff went out of their way to help with anything you needed. Just a few things were missing. We had the honeymoon suite which had cooking facilities but these were lacking. Only 2 forks, 2 spoons etc. no spatula to flip eggs. They had a soup ladle and a pasta spoon. We made due though. We like to have breakfast in the morning before we tour around. No toaster. North Americans love their toast.😜 All in all I certainly would recommend Bahia Tolok. Loved every minute of my stay A final note? Bring Kleenex. They don’t supply that. Thank you to all the staff. You guys are amazing❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great relaxing spot on Isla Mujeres

Fabulous, relaxed hotel. We had a great stay, great service, and loved the location on Isla Mujeres. The front desk staff were really helpful, always checking if there was anything we needed. And the restaurant food was delicious with great service and a great view of the bay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! They were incredible at helping us arrange for transport to and from the airport to the ferry and from the ferry to their hotel and they had golf cart rental right there for us as well. This place is nice and quiet away from the main crowed tourist action and loud music. They have a good restaurant on property and you can rent a Golf cart from their to tour the island. The furniture and beds were not great, but not too bad either.
