We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was yummy, and we slept like babies. The roof top dipping pool and sunning area was cool. Beach access across the road was nice, too. Always a cool breeze that helped beat the heat during the warm afternoons. Fresh water, showering needs, and toiletries were furnished. Can say enough about the friendly staff.

We happened to get the room listed in the picture. It was really great, and the view of the ocean (seaside) was great. Almost no one was there when we came (pre-Spring Break) so we would make an afternoon and evening dip into the pool on the roof as a daily routine. The hotel's location was more or less dead center of the island, a 15-minute walk to downtown and roughly 20-minutes to several restaurants on the uppermost part of the southend, but I would recommend a ride for anything further than Rosa Sirena or even Polo's. The staff were responsive, attentive and exceptionally kind and welcoming.

My stay was just I needed. This is a small well kept boutique that appears to be family run where they are available at all times for anything that you need. The roof deck while small was very tranquil had a small pool that turns into a Jacuzzi and six or seven last year that were peaceful, great place to relax Very happy with my experience there

Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as pictured and even better in person. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories

Surprisingly amazing hotel.

Beautiful property, I was very impressed with the beauty and cleanliness of this hotel, very comfortable beds and pillows, it even had a small terrace and a hammock, very quiet, you can listen the waves crashing. The breakfast was excellent, the beach is not the best, many rocks, but it was calm and we were the only people on the beach. The upstairs terrace is absolutely amazing, pool, lounge chairs and swing chairs. It will be nice to have a bar and little something to eat at night, but there are many restaurants and bars in the area. We are very pleased with our short stay, we will come back next year.

The property is very neat and clean. There are only 7 rooms. We didn't hear anything from anyone in a neighboring room. The room was as pictured. We did enjoy the breakfast as well. Beach towels are available also. When we arrived, the reception host walked us to our room and did a quick tour. I saw several reviews about the shower pressure. There was no issue with shower pressure. It is coming thru a conch shell - I've never had a shower thru a conch shell and consider it unique and tropical vacation experience.

Dream stay!

The owner were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. We have two nights planed at Isla Mujeres, but in fortunate just one night in our beautiful house at ICACO - next time i would without doubt book all our nights at ICACO. You have this beach house vibe and at the same very beautiful decor! Along with great service from the staff/owner, makes this at dream stay. ICACO is placed 1-2 kilometres from down town and main beaches, but you can easily come around by golf cart (and also park at ICACO).
