"I checked out of this hotel after the first night. The property has extensive water damage and mold growth throughout the roof. When I checked out I asked for a refund on my remaining nights the manager informed me I needed to go through Hotels.com after weeks neither U line or Hotels.com will make it right. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese.
