「The property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memories」

「What a gem! The shared kitchen between the 6 suites was great. We loved the pool, the sound of the ocean and watching the frigatbirds and pelicans. The room had a very comfortable bed, great AC, wifi and a cool shell shower. No TV, and we did not need it as we had ocean views. Gabriela welcomed us and was an excellent host. Thank you for thw great 6 days! 」

「I absolutely loved my stay at Aluxes. Everything was clean, the food was fantastic, the staff were super nice, and almost everyone we met were returning guests (some up to 15 times!), which says a lot about the resort! The only negatives I can say is that the beds were EXTREMELY bouncy (if one person moves, the other feels it), the pillows weren’t super supportive, and the pool was way too hot (though I was there in July so that may have just been the sun).」

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again. We also had the amazing experience of feeding...

「Clean, AC, great service!!! Coming back for sure but maybe not the top floor. No elevators so go slow. We stayed at Isla Mujeres June, summer season… phew… everything was hot including the ice cream! Jk. So the AC was just the perfect recovery. This is in the heart of downtown, so it was great to be able to walk out into thick of the active night life. Thanks!」
