"The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to enjoy throughout our stay. The beach access was excellent, and the beautiful turquoise waters tropical. This Hotel is very family-friendly and offers a wonderful atmosphere for guests of all ages. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation"

"This is our 4th time staying here and we never have any complaints. The rooms are small but perfect for two people. The AC always keeps up nice and cool all day and night. The hotel is located right in the middle of everywhere you want to go, perfect walking distance to the beach in every direction. The only negative thing is the lack of breakfast. I remember they used to offer free breakfast the very first time we stayed back in 2019, but after that they stopped offering it. That’s one thing I wish they brought back, it made our stay there much more enjoyable."

"The shower was awful with water spraying out everywhere but little pressure. Couldn’t even get my hair wet. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I called and they did come and fix the shower and toilet. Ants in the kitchen area. Told them abs I was told it was from rain. WiFi was out for 2 days was told from weather although all the other places we went had wifi. Never came to clean the room. I requested towels and garbage removal. They brought towels but never took garbage. Was told when we got there they would refill the water dispenser but never did that either. Location was good for the beach! Probably would not stay there again."

"The staff was friendly. Overall a nice hotel. The heat in the lobby was a bit much. They gave us the choice of a front or rear room in case we wanted a quiet room (rear) we took the rear room and it was still very loud. The ac took a few hours to cool the room down. Then you had to turn it off when leaving for the day and go through the cool down process again. I would recommend taking some doggie poo bags for your used toilet paper as you can’t flush the toilet paper. "
