"This was a real oasis! There was such attention to detail - even the garden pathways were meticulously cured daily and lined with beautiful conch shells. Breakfast was abundant and made fresh upon order. We were provided with plenty of fresh drinking water and ice. The staff were excellent! The beach was not exclusively private. The lounge chairs were shared with another hotel and the beach was literally “invaded” with tourist boats (43 just past the buoy). Also the music from the beach club...

"Loved our stay they kindly upgraded me and we had a lovely big room ! Beach is beautiful did a fab yoga class and the classes are fun. Great location. Only thing I didn’t like is not being able to use sunbeds on beach area next to pool unless you spend money on drinks ! Should be free!!"

"The hotel is among the best places my family and I have ever stayed. I travel for a living and spend 80% of my life in hotels from 4*-5*+. The staff were exceptionally well prepared, equipped, and willing to help in every single matter. They provided the kindest service as well, not a corporate enforced kind of service but a genuine desire to make their guests feel at home, welcome, comfortable, and happy. The beach front is second to none, the restaurant was extremely clean and delicious. The drinks well made. The beach service from the staff quick, attentive, easy, and very helpful always. The hotel room itself was well stocked, everything was super clean, elegant, and comfortable. It’s such a great hotel my wife and I discussed at length when we will return and are seriously considering coming for many weeks at a time. As a well versed international traveler this hotel has been nothing short of a “miracle” to use my sons’ words. We walked around also on the island to look at other facilities and from what we saw this was the best, it well equipped for children, but not in a Disney sort of immature way. Highest recommendation possible."

"A beautiful location. Wonderful staff! Food is great in restaurants. Spa is amazing!! Hotel wise…Hot Pink color scheme is downgrading the place they can easily make some small decor changes to add class and style. The pink looks cheap and outdated. This is a beautiful resort that needs to embrace the location and its natural charm. More plants and natural decor scheme would absolutely increase its appeal. Also the incredible bird sanctuary should be valued more and the people should be educated about how amazing the sooty terns are. It was a highlight for us to experience them. Better sargassum clean up plan should be in place. We loved this resort and will definitely be back. The staff are great and love location even food was great!! Room was always cleaned perfect and staff very attentive."

"This is our 4th time staying here and we never have any complaints. The rooms are small but perfect for two people. The AC always keeps up nice and cool all day and night. The hotel is located right in the middle of everywhere you want to go, perfect walking distance to the beach in every direction. The only negative thing is the lack of breakfast. I remember they used to offer free breakfast the very first time we stayed back in 2019, but after that they stopped offering it. That’s one thing I wish they brought back, it made our stay there much more enjoyable."

"The shower was awful with water spraying out everywhere but little pressure. Couldn’t even get my hair wet. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I called and they did come and fix the shower and toilet. Ants in the kitchen area. Told them abs I was told it was from rain. WiFi was out for 2 days was told from weather although all the other places we went had wifi. Never came to clean the room. I requested towels and garbage removal. They brought towels but never took garbage. Was told when we got there they would refill the water dispenser but never did that either. Location was good for the beach! Probably would not stay there again."
