「Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

「The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. 」

「We knew this wasn’t typical all-inclusive hotel, but the meal service kept changing during our stay. First, breakfast was a buffet, then it switched to a menu. One day the service was perfect, the next day it wasn’t. We couldn’t use the beach because of the large amount of seaweed. The rooftop pool is for adults only. The kids couldn’t enjoy the view. Our vacation wasn’t bad, it was just good.」

「This is a basic hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the staff is nice. The pool is small with only four lounge chairs. You will need to walk to get to the beach - this hotel has a dock only. 」

「Everything about Maria Kan Kin’s was amazing! We had the Romantic Suite which was upstairs with a large deck and a gorgeous view! Lily, the manager was wonderful! The restaurant, Loretta’s has some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. The beach is fairly small but pristine, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. You can order food and drinks from the beach. We truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. It made our stay in Isla Mujeres absolutely perfect!!!」

「We had a wonderful 9-night stay at Bartolome Oceanfront Suites, and we wouldn't change a thing!!! We were always out on our balcony with coffee in the morning, and we often enjoyed magnificent sunsets there in the evening. 「The hotel is very relaxing and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get you going with a view of the ocean as well. There’s even a pool that allows for some relaxation and escape from the sun. A perfect retreat, which still allows you to explore the village.」
