We had a fantastic stay at the Artila - the property was absolutely stunning, all the bedrooms were extremely spacious and the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was also great and had a really nice pool. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the main part of isla mujeres. Jose was also extremely accommodating.

Artila condo was clean, felt luxurious and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The beach area was nearby and pool was very nice!!! Staff was very very friendly and helpful. The AC was in working condition. Although I could not get the shower water to warm up, so cold showers for us. The very last day at the time we were checking out, the electric key pad malfunctioned— my husband walked out to the trash and I (along with my toddler) were locked in. The keypad was stuck in the deadbolt lock mode— he couldn’t get in and we couldn’t get out. Eventually the staff came to help open the door but we missed our flight

Property was very nice, would have liked a bar and cafe on site. They allow private events so we didn’t get to use the pool 1 day because there was a private event. We had some issues with the electric but I’m sure that will be fixed.

Beautiful property, very clean & spacious rooms. My only complaint is the beachfront is a bit misleading. The ocean is full of growing plant life, grass, seaweed & I was unaware of that. I understand it’s part of the wildlife and needs to stay there but I wish I had known ahead of time. Still fully enjoyed my time there! :)

We did not get the elite condo we reserved. Instead they gave us the lowest tier with bunkbeds. Although it is beautiful It smelled like mildew. They are still building so nothing was open the (bar, lounge, or grill area) and they were banging all day which is disturbing while vacationing. We couldn't lay at the pool bc they were concerned about debris falling on us. We had limited towels and the refrigerator was filled with left over open wine and half empty sodas. I never leave bad reviews, I think this place has a lot of potential in the future but they should not be renting it as of yet.
