「Hotel is nice and clean」

「The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and went out of the way to make you feel welcome. 」

「The pool is an algae green color that was very off-putting to my children. The maid service was absent even after we called the front desk twice to request maid service. Children were running up and down the hallways all night long— which is no fault of the hotel. The beds are horribly uncomfortable.」

「We had a balcony room overlooking the pool so we were able to sit put there before dinner people watching and listening to the music coming from across the river. We walked to dinner each night, which was nice after a day of sightseeing and one afternoon the Airforce was practicing for an airshow that weekend. We were able to see the fly-bys from the balcony. We had a great visit.」

「Musty smell throughout the hotel. Bathroom shower had some mold. Beds very firm and pillows were flat. Small rooms. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. Staff was very friendly but that's about the only redeeming quality here. Would not stay there again.」

「Should change the name to roach motel. Paula at the front desk didn’t care to hear about the roach problem. I’ve pictures and video. There appears to be poo flowing from some part of the wall. Have pictures. I checked out early and Paula indicated that I’m checking out late even though I’ve a rez for another day plus. Paula refused to print a receipt. She is not someone that should be customer facing. Terrible service. The location of this place is great if you’re okay with roaches and terrible...
