「Hotel is nice and clean」

「The pool is an algae green color that was very off-putting to my children. The maid service was absent even after we called the front desk twice to request maid service. Children were running up and down the hallways all night long— which is no fault of the hotel. The beds are horribly uncomfortable.」

「This is a pleasant hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. We had a little trouble adjusting our air conditioner and they came and helped us right away. The breakfast was great--many delicious items to choose from. The pool had a sign on it from a county agency that there was no swimming allowed--not sure why. 「Musty smell throughout the hotel. Bathroom shower had some mold. Beds very firm and pillows were flat. Small rooms. Breakfast was decent but very crowded. Staff was very friendly but that's about the only redeeming quality here. Would not stay there again.」

「Water pressure in the shower was pretty awful whenever we attempted to put hot water the knob would shake vigorously and water pressure was beyond minimal staff was nice to give us a new room as the one that was given to us at the start was still being cleaned」

「I would not recommend this property. It was more like a shelter or a hostel. The mattress had a plastic case around it. The sheets were threadbare and the couch worn and filthy. There’s no overnight front desk staff one of the first rules of the hotel is not to get involved with police activity around the property. I booked for two nights but stayed one. I chose to sleep on my son‘s couch the second night.」
