「We stayed at the royal sonesta July 2026 for 5 days. The whole duration of the stay they had elevator problems. I have mobility issues and we reserved an ocean view room which was on the 16th floor. The 3rd day of our stay we had to leave early for an excursion and we had to come down the stairs 16 flights because the elevators were not working. 「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」
