Beautiful property September was a great off season time to go with low hotel occupancy. Biggest disappointment was the food it arrived cold more than twice and was just not up to the four seasons normal standards. Overall I would recommend other properties for this price range.

This resort is a true sanctuary and I am in love with it!!! We stayed there for five nights, 2 adults, one child and it was phenomenal! The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and kind. Everyone provides 5-star service and we couldn’t have been happier!!! Special thanks to: Priscilla from the spa, I can highly recommend her. She’s very sweet and the massage was great! Javier from the restaurant, we loved him and he always took good care of us! Noel from the kids’ club, my 7-year-old daughter loved him and he made her stay special! We will definitely be back, and the next time, we will stay longer. The resort is clean and feels like home, unlike other hotel chains, where the guest is just a number.

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Resort in Puerto Rico! The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by incredible tropical scenery. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pools, private beach, delicious food, and the many activities available for families. The resort is perfect for relaxing while also being close to El Yunque and other Puerto Rico attractions. Our family had an amazing experience and created wonderful memories here. We would definitely recommend the Four Seasons Puerto Rico and look forward to returning!

We absolutely fell in love with the island, but what made our stay especially memorable were all the thoughtful little touches. When we arrived, they surprised us with a bottle of wine and balloons in our room for my birthday, which was such a sweet welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. There are a few areas of the property currently under construction, as noted, but it did not take away from our experience at all. We visited toward the tail end of the busy season, and it was absolutely divine andpeaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for. We also loved that the main pool is open 24 hours! Overall, we loved everything about our stay, especially the beautiful property, warm hospitality, and wonderful staff. We would absolutely return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Puerto Rico and would highly recommend it. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, immaculate grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent attention to detail. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, from the pools and beach to the restaurants and common areas. If you’re looking for a luxury resort with exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and a first-class experience, the Four Seasons Puerto Rico is an excellent choice. We can’t wait to return!
