「I give five stars because the hotel is great . Very good location. You can easily walk around and get what you need . I like the most is the hotel stuffs . They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . I can heard the music very loud in my bed . I couldn’t sleep well after a long day traveling. They help out to change another quiet room for me...

「The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and dripping water. The room smelled of latex paint and we had to change rooms and hotels the next day.」

「The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Special thanks to Anna for her kind assistance in helping us book our tickets — it made everything much smoother. 「Our 2 room suite was very clean and comfortable for 2 nights. We loved the balcony view of sunrise over the Caribbean Sea, from either the spa tub or chairs. We also used the kitchenette for cooking and preparing breakfast and lunch, and walked to delicious local restaurant one evening, and the Club Regina hotel bar overlooking the coast the other eve (nachos and cheesecake were very good).
