「I rented an upgraded room. It was nothing like it showed. Apparently there is only a few rooms that are like that and I didn’t get one. My coffee table was all marked up, there were ants all in my bathroom. Although the size of my room was nice it definitely failed to meet the expectations shown online. 「I loved the hot tub and pool, downstairs was beautiful but two times I went to the desk and no one was there had to wait a while not a big deal. The big issue I had was my friends blanket had a dried old blood stain on the blanket not from him. Also check out is at 12pm but housekeeping came at 10 knocked and woke me up, I said someone's in here and they opened the door then my friend had to tell them to get out. 「I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! 「One of the worst stays we’ve had in Florida so far, especially for a family of five. The hotel was extremely old and poorly maintained—to the point that the elevator actually caught on fire during our stay. We also lost power in the middle of our stay, and we had to find and arrange another hotel ourselves.
