「No words to describe how dirty this place was. The smell of bleach was so bad I wanted to die. It was 10 pm and no other choice the hell hole or my car」

「Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.」

「Balcony view was decent, but sadly Cedar Key was hit very hard by Helene in 2024 and has not recovered well. Many restaurants /bars boarded up and for sale. Staff was not there when I arrived at 2:45 so I had a 10 -15 minute wait . Nicest place in the area was Island Hotel, their restaurant and Neptune Bar.」

「Stay away from this place !!!! I feel like I was robbed and I know I was scammed by the girl that was working there! She had a sign on the counter saying Cash Only which I paid! When we got to the room and realized that the beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom was dirty we went back to the office and said we wanted our money back because we couldn’t sleep on the bed and she smirked and said it doesn’t work that way just because we didn’t like the bed and refused to give us the money!!! 「I love small older family owned hotels and this was the best of the best. Wonderful staff and owner, nice room, great pool and it is on a hill looking down onto the riverfront where they have a bait, tackle and gift store with a restaurant inside for breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast there both days, it was very good with homemade biscuits. You can put your boat in right there, and several other restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay and they have a full coffee pot in each...

「Cute little cabins only about 30 minutes away from downtown Gainesville. And about 15 minutes from Ginnie springs. I noticed that some of the cabins have a shade over the outside area and a hammock. I would have loved that. Didn't realize those were options. Our cabin did not have that.. other than that, this day was very nice.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We were very happy with our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others and would gladly stay here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐」

「This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel.」

「was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move」
