「The best thing about Hotel Eleo was its staff. The bed wasn't so bad either. But the worst thing was that horrible Nespresso coffee maker. When first booking the room and seeing the amenities, I ordered my favorite coffee in a Nespresso pod to use. Terrible. Foamy and bitter - no matter which brand of coffee used. But the nearness to Shands was such a plus and the availability of the shuttle service to the hospital 24/7 certainly outweighed the bad coffee. And with the Opus coffee kiosk in...

「Check-in was quick and easy, with close-in self-parking and a more than adequate number of good, large luggage carts. We had a bit of a panic soon after moving in, as the shower valve broke and we had no shower. The staff and manager were very helpful in promptly letting us into an unused room down the hall to use the shower. Our shower was then promptly fixed the next day. Other than that, the room was just what we needed: lots of room for laydown, large fridge with freezer, ample drawer...

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」
