「Excellent place to stay in Gainesville!」

「The whole lobby area smelled like perfume. I think that is a thing with higher end hotels. Check-in staff very friendly. Clean room, nice amenities. Refrigerator in room. Pool top roof deck is tiny. No bar up there. Valet parking is expensive, but it was nice to call ahead and have my car ready. Good value for money paid.」

「Property itself was nice. We arrived late in the evening and were told we didn’t need to place a parking pass in our vehicle because it was so late and the employee on duty said they wouldn’t tow. When we went to leave the next morning I asked for a receipt to show we had a “zero” balance due to a hold for incidentals. The rude lady at the desk told me she couldn’t give me a receipt because I booked with Expedia. I informed her that I’d stayed at Hilton multiple times and have always received a...

「Absolutely gorgeous renovated historic hotel in the heart of Gainesville, Florida. Everything was beautiful and so clean. Highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Gainesville for business or pleasure.」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「This was the best stay ever! From the moment we checked in, to the moment we left, the staff was AMAZING! The food is great and the kitchen was quick to accommodate my wife’s allergy. Luz was especially detail oriented with her allergy. We have never had that attention to making sure she ate safe! Wow!! The bed is wonderful, the room clean and comfortable. It’s just a wonderful hotel and company. 100000000% recommend!!」
