「I wasn’t able to go on my planned trip and this was a non refundable room so i just my money」

「It was close to a lot of places to walk which was good because parking was hard so you had to do valet. No soda machines on property which was an inconvenience.」

「The Mayflies were crazy, but that’s no fault of the staff and they did the best they could to accommodate, which def seemed like it added more work to their shift. The a/c was so loud it sounded like a jet, the mini fridge in the room holds one or two cans and should be called a micro fridge if it isn’t, and no coffee in the room is a bit bothersome. We all realize it’s to drive people to the coffee/bar they have, which WAS great, but not really the point. The staff were excellent, but the...

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」
