This place was so bad we chose to walk away from 2 prepaid rooms and stay somewhere else. The smell of Marijuana was so strong in the room I thought it would have killed the Roaches walking around the bed...but it didn't. I guess it's true Roaches can live through a nuclear blast.

The room smelled like cigarettes, some spiders web on the walls, towels and blankets with stains. Location is good. If they will do a deep cleaning that will be great! But the price was fair. Gets the job done for a short stay!!

my husband and his friend were attending the Gainesville football game and they were very happy with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff attendant. We had booked a room at another hotel the night before and it was not up to par so I was able to book this one for them for the last night of their trip.

Room was very dirty definitely not being cleaned. We were in room 419. Mold smell was absolutely tremendous. We woke up early just so we could get out of there.. had no other choice to stay there. All other hotels were booked for the Morgan Wallen concert. We had booked this hotel in advance. Definitely will not be staying there again.

Not sure if it was the mold in the shower or the urine stained mattresses that gave the room it's fragrance... I can not believe expedia, and AARP are associated with this hotel.
