「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「I honestly don’t understand the good ratings of this place, nor the photos. None of that is accurate. The place is run down, outdated and feels icky. We got a room with a “water view” but that was nothing worth extra. We had holes in the wall, stains all over the curtains and couch, beds felt like they’ve been around for 40 years without being replaced. I think this has more of a cheap motel feel. The food from the restaurant was about as good as a microwaved meal from a grocery store, at...
