「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. 「I was a last minute booking due to an issue with a vrbo and needed somewhere to stay the night with my dog. The front desk staff that checked me in were so kind and accommodating. As I was checking in I made a joke that its only my dog's second time in a hotel and she's a bit spooked by elevators- they were kind enough to offer me a ground level room which worked perfectly. The unit was clean and in excellent condition. I thought being near I-75 there might be road noise, but zero sound issues....
