「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「This booking was a miss reservation was trying to book Gainsville GA, not Gainsville FL. Realized the error upon confirmation and tried to correct via Expedia virtual agent. Expedia many years ago gave customers the ability to reach a live agent now they do not. I could have explained in the past the error and cancelled within minutes with a live agent.
