「Hotel is what you expect, a low cost room in an old hotel in a college town. Two miles north of the stadium, an acceptable stagger back to the room after a Gator's victory.」

「Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. 」

「Nice and cozy motel. The building is in good condition, and the area is quiet and reasonably safe. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. It was a great stay.」

「This is an old hotel but very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The owners were exceptional and extremely helpful if anything was needed. I would definitely stay with them again. It's not the taj mahal but it definitely serves the purpose and the budget! 」
