"Outdated all around . Breakfast was at its minimal"

"Didn’t use any amenities. Breakfast was ok at best. They didn’t make our bed or provide fresh towels. Went to front desk to discuss. Was told that we should have been told at check in that unless we asked they don’t enter room during our stay. We didn’t tell us. She did give me fresh towels. It was graduation weekend and we paid over $400 per night for two nights. They should have made our bed! Place needs a refresh! "

"I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and this one did not meet the usual standard. I’m accustomed to affordability but with a maintained m, modern feel in a Comfort but this one seemed a bit run down (especially the bathroom). The staff were helpful however and the location is convenient but I don’t think I’ll stay at this particular Comfort Inn again."

"Older but renovated property. Flooring had gaps so you had to be careful if you are barefoot. A/C units are old and loud making it difficult to sleep and rooms very humid. Expected better for a $400 a night room regardless of brand. Staff was great. Room treats were thoughtful."

"We had a wonderful experience during our 4 day stay. There is a “family” feeling to the hotel. The staff know what they’re doing, courteous, pleasant and always there. Check if in was effortless, zero wait. There were valet carts and the room and bathroom were spotless. Who doesn’t like “breakfast included”? And 5-7pm snacks were so cool. There’s even laundry machines for guests to use. I’ll be in Gainesville many times this year and I’m looking forward to staying there again. BTW, UF/Shands employees get a discount! Highly recommended."
