"We had a wonderful experience during our 4 day stay. There is a “family” feeling to the hotel. The staff know what they’re doing, courteous, pleasant and always there. Check if in was effortless, zero wait. There were valet carts and the room and bathroom were spotless. Who doesn’t like “breakfast included”? And 5-7pm snacks were so cool. There’s even laundry machines for guests to use. I’ll be in Gainesville many times this year and I’m looking forward to staying there again. BTW, UF/Shands employees get a discount! Highly recommended."

"Our room was booked for UF graduation 2026 back in 2025, I wish I would’ve been made aware that my spouse and I would be staying in a handicap accessible room. The room was clean with the exception of the metal grab bars, I didn’t really need them but I did grab one and it did not feel clean to the touch. I think it’s great that you have these rooms but I also think it should be disclosed and saved for a family who may actually need the accommodations. We didn’t necessarily need to have things below eye level. Breakfast was great ! The property was clean and well kept ! The only thing keeping from coming back is the noise of the main road or the highway."

"It's in a good area walkable to Target several restaurants and it's relatively close to anything you want to drive to.... The room is more than adequate. Good space. It was a tile floor. They allow the first pet for free. I had an esa. The shower was in good shape The outside of the building has some major work that needs to be done... I guess water has gotten back behind the lathe and there are lots of cracks etc. The water for the shower... Let's just say this. I got wet... Very little shower pressure.... However, the water gets very hot!! So pluses and minuses there. It was no mold or mildew in the shower. The beds were not very comfortable. But showing up for a quick visit. Everything was in the tolerable range. The front staff and the manager were very kind and hospitable. So location, clean shower and hot water, and a clean bed (even if it wasn't extremely comfortable)... Is why it has such a good rating. "
