The grounds were beautiful! And our room was very spacious! We were just there for one night, so didn’t get to really experience it, but it was a lovely stay.

Large kitchen, clean, staff was amazing! Not as sound proof as other hotels but overall amazing and great value for the price!

The front desk staff was not friendly. I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with my stay and she said she was sorry to hear that and didn’t ask for suggestions as to improvement. We used the local boat ramp and it was busy but organized. We lost a kayak paddle during our travels and the local kayak company, that rents kayaks at the corner of the beach, gave us a kayak paddle to use at no cost. The locals were friendly!
Cedar Key is like stepping back in time. We enjoyed the pace, the artsy community and the friendly locals.
Cedar Key is a rustic, fishing town. It had a funky feel. We enjoyed a meal at the Island Room and key lime pie at the Island Hotel.
Cute town; everything within walking distance. However if you are not into fishing or boating not a lot to do. Enjoyed the weekend but would not find myself staying longer
