「A great little hidden gem. We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with the accommodations. If you are looking for a ritzy high rise this is NOT for you. If you want a great value, spacious and clean room, quiet location and a very unique swimming experience Kings Bay Lodge is the place for you. We plan to return.」

「The backyard view was beautiful! Unfortunately the room was musty smelling and I had asthma. Just was an old cinder block building. The lights needs to be improved. Just an old place but staff was friendly and helpful. The grab and go was quite unhealthy. There were no creamers for coffee and tea - just gross Coffee Mate flavors」

「The hotel is inder construction 90% ofthe amenities were unavailable. The door locks were broken and according to maintenance "that happens all the time" we were locked out of our room and it took 40 minutes for maintenance to arrive so we could retrieve our luggage. We left that place without staying one night! We found Paddletail hotel and had a terrifi. Time. Plenty of activities and amenities.」

「The property was close to Fort Island beach, Three Sisters Spring, and the small hunters beach which is in Crystal River. The property was clean and easy to check in. Honestly, the property was close to everything you would need such as grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. 」

「Preisgünstiges Motel mit renovierter Einrichtung, aber Türen und Lichtschalter etc. zeigen wie alt das Haus ist. Es riecht auch etwas modrig. Für eine Nacht ok.」

「Room 239 The toilet didn't flush. The TV remote didn't work. The AC didn't cool the room. Furthermore, there was a dog that barked for an hour before we complained. Overall, I was very disappointed.... Which was the complete opposite of my last booking there.」

「This older property suffers from substantial deferred maintenance and a desire to cut costs. Two examples are unscrewed (not missing) lightbulbs above the bathroom sink and a shower that would not turn on. There was absolutely no water. I acknowledge this is a 2 star propoerty, however, the low price does not offset the inconvenience. 」

「This is a cozy and charming cottage. Looks better on the inside than the outside. Loved the dogs and the horses. A bit rustic but I loved it. 」

「I love this property for its simplicity. Perfect little get away cottages. The pool area is nice, the rooms clean and comfy. The Lollipop Cafe attached has fantastic food at reasonable prices. 」

「Fire alarm beeping all night after I asked twice to be looked at. Pool was not available because they said it was too cold. Outdated facilities. 」
