Location great, front desk lady great.
Where I got disgusted was the filth in the room.
The bathtub was filthy, the floor needed a good mopping, the room had a disturbing smell, the toilet seat was not the size of the toilet,
The one chair in the room needed to be thrown away as you can see in the photo I would like to attach it had the arms on both sides and the back all peeled off. Bathroom sink had big cracks in it. The light on the desk had big spots and filth on it. The top of the microwave look like it had never been wiped down with any kind of cleaning products.
When walking with my socks on the floor, I should not be getting things stuck to my socks. Hair in more places than I could count. I stay in a lot of hotels weekly and honest to goodness I’m shocked. I’ve never been in a room so dirty. The lady at the front desk was so kind. I hated to complain to her not her fault. I’m sure but honest to goodness someone must not be monitoring your checking the cleaning people because this was really disgusting.
