「Excellent 」

「Room was nicely renovated. Free self parking. Clean, pest-free room. Breakfast not included. Coffee, water, tea and creamers at check in would have been nice. Was space for a little table and chairs but not available.」

「No elevator at this location. The continental breakfast is pathetic and building is in need of repairs/attention. Overall, it is a quiet location and parking is available. It's not a fancy location but it is very affordable. Staff is very attentive and accommodating.」

「If you still want to grab a piece of that old Florida feel before it's gone...check this girchy hotel out. It's scheduled to be torn down sometime in the future and replaced with one of our fine Florida concrete mausoleum style hotels. There might be some paint peeling, some things might be outdated and it's definitely not the Hilton. But it's old Florida at its finest...on the bay with a nice little bar and restaurant where you won't overpay for the food and drinks. Grab a memory and take it...

「Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area...

「The room was ok. There were no suites left so we required a cot. It barely fit in the room and we needed to climb over the beds to get to it. Cleanliness was ok. Behind the beds were dirty. The staff was extremely kind and responsive though. The pool was great.」
