「Room had ants . I reported to the desk and they sprayed that day but the ants came back.」

「Room keys often stopped working so we had to go back to the front desk several times. Breakfast was good.」

「Room was awful, rotting board by the bathtub, dirty floors, shower curtain was old and shredding, no hot water in the morning for shower, stains on the ceiling, changed rooms, not that much better, floor trim by bathroom door had screws standing high and just all around not the greatest . Needs a MAJOR refurbishment, TV was unwatchable and and when I complained was told, ‘spectrum have been working on it and can’t fix it’ it pixelated and was unwatchable!! Never again 」

「The only good thing about the hotel is the workers. The property is very old and so dirty, the elevator it’s not working properly and the bathroom in the room is disgusting 」

「Lot's of cockroaches. My husband killed 6 in the bathroom.The room was clean, the tv worked, and they even had the Western Channel.」

「Newly renovated, very clean, well-equipped bed/sitting room - I thought this would be a 5-star review until I got in the shower. Worst shower in creation. Absolutely nothing to hold onto - no bar, no soap tray, even the control handle and soap dispenser are out of reach when you're under the shower. 「The room was disgusting It was filthy, nasty and dirty. The floor was coming up. There were holes in the wall. All they did was come in and make the beds. They didn’t clean. It was overall the horrible experience. The only thing that came out good the next day was we got her money back. I would not recommend that hotel for nobody.」
