「I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel this past weekend. After driving almost three hours to get there, I arrived only to be told that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notice or explanation. It was extremely frustrating and stressful. They put me on the 4th floor which was no problem because they have an elevator. Plus I think with the normal construction guests on the first floor they probably kept me from the first floor noise.
