「Nice hotel」

「Our stay tho short was fantastic! Stayed in suite. The room was huge and well equipped. Very clean and excellent condition. Free breakfast and dinner was great. Staff was very friendly and great to deal with. Will definitely stay again. Recommend highly」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」
