"We booked planning for the family although only me, hubby and our toddler grandchild were able to go. There was plenty of space to accommodate the entire family. The outside had plenty of yard and a nice screened in porch overlooking the lake. The water fall feature was a nice addition for relaxation in the back yard. It was conveniently located between several of the Springs and State Parks. We visited Hunter Springs Park, Homosassa State Park, Silver Springs State Park, Weeki Wachee State Park...

Affordable, very clean and wonderful hotel.

"The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were all very pleasant. Quiet and dark room, very comfortable temperature all night. The cost was fantastic, more than reasonable. We were very happy with our stay. Will definitely stay again."

"We asked for a wake-up call for 9am & they didn't call. We woke up at 10.30am called front office and told them we did not get the call they apologized and gave us till 12pm to pack & leabe the room Yeh. We were allowed to use the pool and no one bothered us."
