Room was ok upon 1st entering wirh the exception of stale odor. After walk around, it became apparent room was not clean. There was visable dirt/animal hair accumulated along the edges of walls, in corners, and on bed linens. I tried brushing animal hair from top of comforter, but no trash cans in room. Flushed diwn toilet. Upon turning back stained comfirtet, fiund stsibs and animal hair on sheets and on pillows(actusl pilliws inside cases.)

King bed with 1 pillow, requested another pillow 3 times. Never came. Floors filthy, bathroom door broken into. Curtains falling down. Ice machine didnt work. Stayed 1 night and checked out. I don’t know how this place has a 6 out of 10 rating on Expedia . The room smelled so bad and the bugs were everywhere. I had to run to the local dollar store to get air fresheners and bug spray . The room was spacious AC was cold. But room smelled of cigarettes and smoke detectors where sealed. Parking lot is questionable at night ALOT of foot traffic. Will only stay again in case of emergency.

Reserved a room through Expedia. When I arrived the hotel stated they did not have a room available. After driving 12 hours, this was very disappointing. How are they allowed to not honor the reservation? Also, the front lobby of hotel was closed and you had to talk to clerk through a small hole. Terrible experience! Is it that unsafe in that area that they cant open the doors. Overall, very sketch!
