"Room key didn’t work and had to go to front desk twice. Let me in at night, went to breakfast and then locked out of room. Went to front desk, got new key. Didn’t work went back to front desk. Housekeeper sent to “help” me. Turns out that room lock has had problems and the key card would not work. House keeper had to go get manager’s master key to let me in. If the hotel
knows the lock is acting up why are they assigning that room. Other than it was a great stay!"
