「I loved the cabin and the area near the creek - quite peaceful and lovely, especially at night with all of the twinkle lights. The staff were amazingly lovely. There was an odd metal dental pick stuck in the chair, a dead roach on the floor in the middle of the room, there isn't much water pressure in the shower and the wifi nor cell service worked at all, and you can hear every single thing your neighbor does in their cabin. The restaurant was wonderful - live music, cool gift shop, but...

「No breakfast offered even though it's listed. You can't get into the lobby they do everything through the night window that's just big enough to pass your hand through. The bathroom looked like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned based off the amount of dirt in the corners and the shirt tag stuck to the wall from a previous renter. The pool was completely unusable. I know it's not spring yet but you'd think with it being right around the corner they would at least be working on it or something....

「The best thing about Hotel Eleo was its staff. The bed wasn't so bad either. But the worst thing was that horrible Nespresso coffee maker. When first booking the room and seeing the amenities, I ordered my favorite coffee in a Nespresso pod to use. Terrible. Foamy and bitter - no matter which brand of coffee used. But the nearness to Shands was such a plus and the availability of the shuttle service to the hospital 24/7 certainly outweighed the bad coffee. And with the Opus coffee kiosk in...
