「The cabins are wonderful and you immerse yourself in the Old Florida setting. I spent only 1 night but I would like to return for a whole week as a retreat to read and write. That is one of those places that stay with you and so inspiring. Since it was a Monday the restaurant was closed but can t wait to try it out next time I am back.」

「Room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00pm, due to staffing shortage, which was no big deal, I had time to wait. Front desk did their best. Room was clean, however the a/c was barely keeping the room cool. Asked for a fan and was informed the 3 fans that they have were already in use in other rooms. Aside from the fan issue, and not being able to pay cash for bottled drinks or snacks, I would recommend this hotel.」

「The hotel room was huge, super clean, and gorgeous. The shower was one of the best ever and the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel all smelled amazing. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful as the property is huge.」

「I didn’t expect a $10. Fee just to park in the parking lot. The least they could have done was tell me that I would get an additional charge on a separate invoice after checking out. It was very disappointing & very unprofessional. Why be sneaky about it, just put it up front & notify the guest. Very unprofessional!!」

「Upon arriving, the trash in the room was full from the previous guest. We had clean sheets and towels though. Staff was ok. We had an older gentleman check us in the first night and he laughed when he saw how long we were staying and asked “what could you possibly be doing HERE for that many days?” We also needed a way to freeze ice packs for my son’s insulin and when asked about storing the ice packs in their freezer, the same gentleman gave my husband an attitude like it was an inconvenience....
