It was a very lovely and comfortable stay. We love hot tubs after a long day of travel, when we arrived it was cold but the staff was there to make the fix and get it up and running. So thankful for them!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
From the minute I entered the lobby, there was an indescribable 'aroma'. Although my room appeared to be clean, there was the distinct odor of must and urine. I haven't stayed at a Best Western in years and I certainly don't intend to book a room in the future. The absolute best thing about this location was the young lady who tended to the breakfast room. She was courteous, friendly, helpful and kept the available items well-stocked.

Clean room . Breakfast was exceptional. The women who prepared and replenish the complimentary breakfast were perfect. Only complaint was low water temperature and pressure of shower. Definitely will return when in town.👍👍👍👍👍
