「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「Stayed here for a football game it wasn’t too far from campus it was good for sleeping for those nights and the rooms were good, bathroom was a little dirty but honestly for the price we paid and the weekend it was I didn’t mind 」

「The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. 「Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. 」

「Sheets on bed had cigarettes burns on them .the sink in bathroom was backed up with grey water.. it is a great place for single guy construction workers .place was full of them. If I had been by myself I would of left. For the price it is a decent amount. The curtains had big stains on them . Room 306.it was a handicapped room .lots of space in bathroom .but no bed bugs .it rained all night so TV lost signal 」
