The AC did not work on the day we arrived. I reported it that night. The maintenance guy did not come until Saturday at 10am. The reason he came was because I seen him at the elevator. The cable was out the three days we stayed, The linen on bed and mattress was unclean. The pillows were unclean as well. I had to go and purchase items to sleep on.I do have pictures.

They gave my room I booked and payed for to someone else. Then when I got to the other room they gave me the TV didn’t work or the Room Phone. My mom had to sleep on the pull out sofa and it wasn’t even a inch thick she pretty much slept on spring all night, then the next day they was moving us to a different room so they gave my mom the new room key and she went to make sure everything worked before we moved everything and when she opened the door a man was sitting on the bed. We told front desk and they said the system said it was unoccupied but it was a paying customer in there. The whole experience was train wreck.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was in much need of updating. The pool needed more layout sitting. The shower in the room leaked really bad. But my group did have a good time. Also there was proof of planned future reconstruction to the property. So I would stay there again.

The stay was good. Needs new elevators and housekeeping needs improving. Never came to take out trash or replace towels. I shouldnt have to go down to front desk to ask for a broom for me to sweep my own room.

The room was old and gross, didnt want tobget in the jacuzzi nor did we want to walk bare footed on the floor room was very small and when asked to be mived to a different room they said they had none available which i believe the lady just didnt feel like typing or changing us. Not great would not be staying there again

It was a great location, staff and room. As long as you understand this is a budget resort and you don’t expect a 5 star resort then you’ll be find. You get what you pay for. It was perfect for us.

I loved Radisson. The view, beach, pool, balcony and the suite we were in. But the bed had bedbugs in our bed and my daughter were wept up bad from the bites. I still will probably go back thought.

AWFUL!!! We stayed in a penthouse suite and one of our doors would not latch and had to be deadbolted from the inside, it was okay since we had another door to use. Our balcony door broke and the hinge hit my daughter in the head, after 2 attempts maintenance came and "fixed it" while leaving a rusty nail on the floor... housekeeping never came, I had to go down and request new bedding, towels, and toilet paper. The room was never cleaned even after 3 days. The A/C was not working in one room and maintenance could not fix it, said they would send someone the next morning and no one ever came. We had roaches in our room and on our balcony at night. Then, on check out day security came to our room at 6am saying we needed to fill out paperwork before 7am... our card was being declined since whoever checked us in had the charges held by the day ($1100 in pending charges) and we had to pay another $1700 to leave... they refuse to take the hold off our pending charges, customer service is rude and no one is on the same page. Also, watch your toes in the pool especially if you have kids.

We likely won’t book with the Radisson again. While the location near Pier Park and local attractions is great and the pricing is fair, our overall experience with the hotel was disappointing. The property appears poorly maintained, and the cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. This was something mentioned in other reviews that I wish I had considered more carefully. Despite the hotel’s claim of recent renovations, it still feels quite dated. Additionally, service was lacking. A bathroom issue during our stay took several hours to resolve, despite being told maintenance would arrive shortly, with no follow-up or explanation. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives on this stay.
